new grey's ain't grey at all

it's the fall tv season and that means season premieres for us tv shows.
and among my tv staples (yeah i pirate. so sue me!), grey's anatomy surprises you at the most unexpected places. known for it's qq's (quotable quotes) about life, love and all the shiz, i just found myself glad about dr. wyatt's influence on meredith, especially on the latter part of last season. not to mention, all those opportunity for writers to throw in great lines for dr. wyatt. hehehe. good job, dr. wyatt. i do believe amy madigan deserves an emmy nomination or win as dr. wyatt.

meredith angry brought by a dying cancer patient, tirades to dr. wyatt when she ran into her in the elevator...

meredith: what was the point? all that hours and all that money (of therapy). what's the point? the world is a horrible place. young people die of diseases. it absolutely makes no sense to try to be happy in a world that's such a horrible place.

wyatt: yes.

meredith: w-what?

wyatt: horrible things do happen... happiness in the face of all that -- that's not a goal. feeling the horrible, and knowing you're not gonna to die from those feelings -- that's the point.

wyatt: and you're not done. you've made progress because you're feeling and you're telling me about it. six months ago it would have been just you and a bottle of tequila. my door's always open.
